Bandit Signs Really Work!!!!

I knew I had to put them out. But boy was I skeptical about whether or not they would produce any results. You see I suffer from my own mental blocks. I had myself believing that I was a victim of my geography. I live in CT, within an hour drive of New York City and believed that I live among a very cynical population. Therefore I would be doing all my investing long distance. Turns out it was just Me being cynical.

As I made up my signs exactly as I shown by the presenters at My "Boots On The Ground" training (Jeff, Blake, and Eric) I believed I was participating in an exercise of futility. I spent last Saturday morning hammering in 12 signs in my area and wasn't really surprised when no one called Saturday, then Sunday. But something funny happened on Monday. I got a call!
I had a good conversations with a gentleman looking for investment properties. 2 more calls on Tuesday another on Wednesday. Thursday was Thanksgiving. 2 More calls on Friday and I write this on Saturday after putting together 20 more Bandit Signs.

Guess what I'm doing tomorrow.. that's right, I'm putting out more of those bright yellow, hand markered Bandit signs. I got great results from just 12. I'm putting out 20 more A.S.A.P.

Did I mention one of those calls was from a Real Estate Agent that works with a group of Investors who like to buy multi family units all over CT?

For those of you who are resisting I have 2 pieces of advice.
1. Invest in the advanced trainings, they are worth every penny. The one who decides whether or not they will be a good investment is you. You will either follow through with what you need to do or you won't, but you will be armed with the best information and support.

2. Follow through! Don't let yourself be your biggest obstacle the way I was letting myself be. This stuff works if you let it!

I had been through 1 deal before I went for the Boots On The Ground Training. Now I can see how the deals are going to come faster and easier! I'm All In!!!
