Hi everbody,
I am taking the plung and doing it. I am a member of the PMI team with weekly mentoring and the RBBP to kick start me into action.
I am changing my life with my husband and son. My husband John is a contractor and he would like to move into being a developer after of course we obtain more knowledge in real estate.
My son Tony is in his third year of college studing computers, and now real estate and business to be able to take over the family business when we officially retire.
We started buying real estate about three years ago the conventional way with 25% down and doing the rehab ourselves and getting them rented out. WE have 3 in California plus the one we live in.
Then we went to a meeting and with Dean's coaches and have been running ever since. We attended the Inner circle in Utah in June 2011, then the buying summit in Las Vegas in July 2011. Setting up the Assett Protection as we speak.
Since I have been in Dean's group we purchased three more rental properties, two in Michigan and one in Alabamba. We also have a joint venture (house) in San Francisco (fix and flip). This I call my ugly house with lots of potential. You can view it on our web site at www.advancedinvestments.org
Well this was a homework assignment on RBBP, so let the learning begin.

OFFER IN ON A DUPLEX-
Put an offer in on Friday on a duplex. This will be a hold and rent out. Positive cash flow will be a little over $800.00 per month. Calling again today to see if they accepted the offer. Numbers look really good, with very little rehab, paint any maybe a frig.
Duplex-
Just found out we did not get the duplex. I will try not to let it bother me and look for the next great deal. Listened to Matt's call from Thursday as I was away. Starting my list.
Goals- Retirement Date July 24, 2014...
Weekly- (Daily) Looking at Four Rent Signs in the Paper, Craigslist, Setting up Ghost Ads as well to build the buyers List.
Monthly- Find deals to make offers for the potential buyers.
Yearly- $100,000.00 so little by litte.
Writing them down- See above.
Specific- Get Buyers, Find Property, Assign, Double Close or buy and keep.
Time Line- First Buyer by 9/22/2011 with first sale.. Money in pocket...
Small Pieces-
Being realestic- Find another real estate property for my own portfolio by 9/10/2011. Cash flow...
