Getting over my first obstacle

hey DG family<

I have run into my 1st (small) road black, with all the information that I am recieving it's a little difficult to get organized.. (Which organization up until this point had been one of my strengths) so i thought!

With reseaching some information on a few properties, I have come to realize that some of this information may not be acurate here in Phila., regarding the city website information.

I have found information such as, sq. ft of the property, current market value, sales price and the date of sale, tax info etc.

not sure on what i really found, if anything. I can assume alot, however, I'm really thinking of getting some help. Hell, I've been up for Hours and should have been to sleep around 10pm last night. It seems as if all i have on the brain is RE and money..
