How can I start my first deal?

Hi! all. Just want to say hi to everyone here. I am new in Real Estate. My husband and I just finished the 3-day training and no advanced training yet. I am trying to learn as fast as I can. For the veterans here, can you please tell me what kind RE education you had before the first deal?

I attend my 3 day training next week. I hope no advance training is necessary before the first deal (I do know the more knowledge the better). I'am interested to see what the vets have to say on this.

Hey, finally someone respond to my post. I am excited. Thank you so much!

I am taking some on-demand courses now. I need to stay focused on RE. Too many distractions are not good. If I do a little bit everyday. The cumulation would be amazing, I think.
