I'm just stared my adventures, under Dean's inspiring program, this month. Already, I have made five offers. Of these, I have two locked under contract, one about to get locked in, the other two in the negotiation terms. I'm working on getting the first one assigned. I should hear from the private investor by Thursday. If this happens, the deal will be closing next week on Tuesday. The second offer is about to get accepted. Hopefully, I will get confirmation on Thursday. I have two potential clients for this second deal. The third deal is a short sale, so it will probably be a little while. My fourth deal is locked under contract. I'm excited about this one because it's a property that has significant potential. It's located in a neighborhood where homes start at $130K and sky rocket to approximately $750K in value. The home is delapidated, but the property is 2 acres of land. Each acre in the are goes for $50K. I'm hoping to get private investor interested to assign the contract. The my latest deal is in the works. I'm countering and waiting to hear back from the owner.

My preference is for folks who have some experience so that I can grow to a higher level.
