according to your profile, you joined the DG site on February 24, 2013; that's approximately 60 days... am I right? If so, then let me tell you that there are many investors here who have been working really hard for a year or longer and still have not done their first deal; there are also many of us who didn't get our first deal until after several months of building our foundation, gaining knowledge from this site, and learning and applying DG's strategies; so with that said, I would recommend that you be patient and keep working at your rei, but keep checking on which things are working for you and which ones aren't... for example, are you putting out bandit signs? Keep track of which signs people are calling you from, check which signs have been removed or knocked down; are you putting in offers with an agent? following Matt's 25:1? Getting one offer accepted for every 25 offers that you put in? If not, you need to adjust your numbers.
You can also read DG's book 30 Days to RE Cash, following it just like a recipe, without altering any of the instructions, and you should be able to get a deal in 30 days.

Way to early to give up on the dream. You have only just begun. Valerie made some good points above. Read and post on here and put things into practice. You will see yourself building your business as you keep going whether you have done a deal or not. Keep going!
