Starting Over!!!

Yikes! I thought I was doing just what I needed to do and I have realized that I have not. It is so frustrating. I had two deals going and both fell through. I got my business cards, set up a phone line and now I am still sitting idle. My buyer's list sucks and I am trying to get the motivation to continue on. I have talked to another investor and he has confirmed everything on the DG site and I still have not moved forward. What is my problem? What am I doing wrong? I really just need to wholesale at this point as I have do not have a job right now and my credit is in the toilet! I need direction. I need motivation. I needed to vent. I have no money as it is all tied up in an investment property that is not selling and is not complete. I would love to partner with someone to get it completed so it could at least be sold, that would free up a lot of cash! Oh, anyway, enough complaining! Time to get back to the grindstone and start over and get this moving.
