Yikes! I thought I was doing just what I needed to do and I have realized that I have not. It is so frustrating. I had two deals going and both fell through. I got my business cards, set up a phone line and now I am still sitting idle. My buyer's list sucks and I am trying to get the motivation to continue on. I have talked to another investor and he has confirmed everything on the DG site and I still have not moved forward. What is my problem? What am I doing wrong?

Week 3 of RBBP
August 31st, 2011 | posted by FamilyFirstOkay! Last week was a real downer for me and I was starting to think, "What the &*%^ and I doing?" Now that the pity party is over and I have successfully gotten over my first hump, I am feeling optimistic, but scared. I told myself over the weekend that I can do this and I am in the right spot. I did go to a Sheriff Sale last week which was a good experience. Very fast! They sold over 100 properties in 45 minutes. I am still confused about that, but I am going to the next one to learn more and start to investigate which properties I may be interested in. That is another whole can of worms!
I am still working on my buyers list and have a list of other investors, but do not really know if they are REAL buyers so my goal this week is to reach out to them and figure that out.
Have I Hit the Rock Bottom?

Freedom Journey
August 8th, 2011 | posted by FamilyFirstWe finally did it! After buying Dean's books back in February and doing exactly what he told us not to do, overanalyzing, we have finally put the wheels in motion. YEAH! We are so completely excited, pumped up, focused and better yet, motivated to make our dreams a reality through real estate. We purchased the Rock Bottom Blueprint and have begun the freedom journey. Thank you Dean for coming into our lives at the time when we needed you most. Now it is up to us to make this happen. I look forward to sharing more on our exciting journey!
