Back in Action

Hello all you DG folks in DG Land...

I am excited to be back in the mix of real estate entrepreneurs and like minded people. Here is a little history on me. I completed my first dry wholesale deal in 1985 at 25 years old and made 32K. I have flipped raw land, developed land, built modular houses and bought my first Lotus Esprit when I was 28. It was bright red!!!

I continued to buy and flip units and land until 1992 when my first daughter was born. I was sidelined for the next 20 year period while raising my three beautiful children with my wife who is a Nurse Practitioner and running my Architectural Practice here in Rockland/Orange County NY.

Now my oldest is 21, my middle girl is 17 and on her way to college and my son is 10 (I call him my grandson because he came along later in life)!!! Remember you do get what you wish for!!!!

Anyway, since purchasing the 2012 Edge program from Dean, I have purchased my first new rental property in December. I have fixed it up, made a small apartment in the basement and will have a positive cash flow generated with out the apartment being rented.

I recently attended Dean's 3 day workshop in Westchester, NY and I am currently in contract on a package deal for two houses that are extremely undervalued. I hope to close these in the next 30 days. I am looking to getting my refund back on the seminar from Dean and using it towards some more GREAT education!!!!

I will also be testing out Dean's Insider Cash for the first time on this deal. I am looking forward to making 2013 a banner year for my family!!!
