Have you gone to your local Real estate meetings? if you haven't you should go and get investor's business cards. I'm cash buyer. You have one now.When i started this walk, i posted something similar like your " help post". Now i'm buying and flipping properties in Florida. It's not as bad as it looks. I know there's people out there, that don;t want to help you. but i willing to help at no cost.
