Real Estate Agent Contract Callenges

Hello All,

I'm finding that I'm having challenges with the RE Agents that I've been coming into contact with as it relates too the contract.

Is anyone else finding these contracts too be quite cumbersome??? Do you all have any suggestions, Am I going about this all wrong?....

I'm open to any suggestions.

PLEASE ADVISE....

The forms that are used by licensed real estate agents are written to protect buyers, sellers and agents. As an agent I would not use anything other then a form approved by the National, State and Local Real Estate Associations.
