I need somebodys advice. I just saw this great REO house that don't need rehab. The bank is selling for 195K. I went to Zillows website and it is on 215K. It has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms and is in a good place. Also can rent for good cash flow.
Since I went to Las Vegas and educate myself, I know I can use other people money to buy it with cash, and make sure that the bank let me refinance, but since I dont need to rehab ther is no need to refinance. This case would be different.
I was wondering if anybody can tell how I can close this deal so I can buy the house and rent it for good cash flow. HELP PLEASE with different sugestions. THANKS
