Hi, one thing you can do without any money but be able to do on a computer is to either birddog or partner with a person for percentage of the profits. If you want to birddog, which is looking up properties for others, make sure you sign a contract with them and look up properties according to their criteria and location. Make sure you do a thorough investigation before submitting to your buyer. If you want to partner with someone for a portion of the proceeds again sign a contract with your buyer and look for the type of property they want but hopefully by that time you will have some money to put into the purchase or be able find some other way to get money to help out. There are a lot of ways to do RE deals and I would do some studying before doing anything. If you want to birddog, go to google and type in reals estate birddogs.
