I just found the best deal anyone could have never dreamed up cause it's too good to believe. I was eaten up by one of the biggest RE investors in the area. He owns half of our down town area and is nothing to shake a stick at. He informed me that there are many sharks out in this ocean and he is the whale!!! WoW! The first investor I've ever talked to and lets just say I'm licking my wounds. I was hammered so far in the dirt they are patting me on the head in China. I was told i have nothing to bring to the table and that I'm just a small fish. I guess i should probably have just hung up the phone.......but..... i have nothing to lose right so i said, "Look, what do you need for me to do this deal." He got a little edgy and loud and told me i either need $200,000 cash or $200,000 in equity. Well after hanging on by a thread and putting what dignity i had left on the line, he ended up telling me that he appreciated my honesty and gave me his email address. I could say I give up after that one, but if i got through it and like they said on the edge 2010, the worst he could do was eat me. I'm still here with no bites taken out so nothing left but for me to move on. If anyone can help us out. We would love to throw $200,000 right in his stuffy face and snatch that building up and eat steak every day for the rest of our lives. LOL.
