First two homes to see today!

I am meeting a real estate agent who seems to be on board with me to check out two properties later today!

I have my POF letters ready to go and I am ready for this!!

I still have to find a contractor, real estate attorney, title company, but I find that if I just go one step at a time then it prompts me to follow up on the next step and I run out of excuses.

Like "Oh, I don't have a contractor yet so I can't look at any properties." NOT!!!!

So now it will be stepping me into the action and then if my offer is taken I will be more like "OH *%&#*!! I HAVE to get a contractor out - NOW!!" LOL

Just following the guidelines for the agreement to purchase!!
