I am meeting a real estate agent who seems to be on board with me to check out two properties later today!

I have my POF letters ready to go and I am ready for this!!

I still have to find a contractor, real estate attorney, title company, but I find that if I just go one step at a time then it prompts me to follow up on the next step and I run out of excuses.

Like "Oh, I don't have a contractor yet so I can't look at any properties." NOT!!!!

So now it will be stepping me into the action and then if my offer is taken I will be more like "OH *%&#*!! I HAVE to get a contractor out - NOW!!" LOL

Just following the guidelines for the agreement to purchase!!

WOW - so much information on the training!!

I will have to go back and listen again and again.

Unfortunately my dad had to go to the hospital and then to rehab after a fall at home so I am WAY behind now!

My dad is OK and he is kickin' it at rehab at 97 years old.

So cool.

I am lifted in spirit just to be able to post random thoughts here. LOL

I get a little maudlin at times but I appreciate all of the effort you and your staff put into making this training happen. I have a whole new career to look forward to!!

I keep going over the information again and again. I am practicing the numbers, and have chosen Wholesaling to start - as I don't have the capital needed to buy/flip a house right now.
All of this training is overwhelming, and I get mixed up on what to do first, but I think the more a person goes through it the "more sense" it makes, so ....
Nothing stopping me but my history.

One thing about this business, I am finding that I have NO PROBLEM coming right out and asking people if they want to invest and talking about the training!

Hi everyone!

I got on the Dean train a few days ago - and invested in myself with the Matt tutoring videos coming up. I am very excited about the opportunities and in fact was not apprehensive about calling the realtors at all. Now I need to get some investors numbers so I can talk to them!

I already got two agents to pick out hot deals they have their eyes on. Investor - types from RE/MAX. Great guys! Very helpful and open for business!!

So Yippee Kai-YAY and away I go!!!!

I can't wait for the videos!!
