Well I have to say that this is my first time blogging. " Ever" It is also my first time in a lot of things. I'm brand new to REI and I'm excited. I've been reading Deans books and trying to get as much knowledge as I can before making the plunge. I am currently getting my real estate investing team together. I secured a lawyer and a real estate agent so far and the rest of the team hopefully by next week. I am also getting bandit signs made and working on flyer to start working on my buyers list. I will say this I am a little nervous and anxious. I just hope I can make this happen. I know if I have a question the DG family will help me figure it out and I thank you for this.

You have come to a great site and chosen the best mentor EVER for this. Good for you for filling out your bio so that we know something about you! That is the first place we go when someone new posts and it is amazing how many people leave it blank!
A couple of suggestions, if you don't mind. I am very big into Law of Attraction. Be conscious of your wording and your thoughts. Instead of saying and thinking, "I just hope I can make this happen" say and think "I am going to make this happen, no matter how long it takes." It will set you up for success in a much better way. It is a much more positive mindset.
Also, when you post, if you put it in a "forum" format instead of a "blog" it will show up on the list on the top right and more people will see it and you will usually tend to get more responses.
You are off to a very good start. The more you engage on here, the more motivated you will stay.
I wish you the best! You can do it! It is not easy. You will go through times of great frustration. But if you REFUSE to give up, it WILL happen!
