December 14,15 and 16, 2012
This was my first workshop and I found it very interesting and rather fast paced. The mentors that week-end were informative and helpful.
On the down side I could not afford any of the packages which is the next level up and the months buys in Vegas. Oh well so I have to start on the bottom. No big deal it just makes me want to prove to myself and one of the speakers that I can move forward. I'm a combat female veteran; I didn't run then and I sure not running now.
It would be very nice if Mr. Dean had a class for "Birddog" for those of us not rolling in money to keeping buying packages. I would beg borrow or steal money for a birddog class if it was say $500.

i agree, bird dogs &
i agree, bird dogs & wholesales are not having that benefit of rolling money$$$$ in to pay for all these packages, we would not mind buying additional education if we can complete that first deal, too much competition & it is difficult to win those deals due to greed in america (the greedy bunch) as donald trump says..... i'm ok with the real estate i have gotten due to my own initiative, & my buisnesses i have owned......i would like to give one advice to Dean: if you could give us newly wholesalers & bird dogs a focus education on mastering this side of our career...
