I am wanting to know does it matter when you put up your Bandit Signs ( during the day time when everyone can see you doing it or at night so you don't get seen by the Bandit Police) ?

It just depends on your area and how stringent they are.
The area I used to target didn't like signs, so I went in the middle of the night. My new area could care less! The signs stay up 'til they weather away. I go to this one on Saturday mornings in the broad daylight.
