Man! Sometimes I wish I could "fall into" one of those deals that seem to come out of nowhere ( like I read in the book). I guess however, that this is what I am setting myself up for. Doing the footwork and building up my base. Something will click at some point. Just need to keep the confidence up. Dealing with a few dissapointments right now. I'll get over it though.

Limited market for REI friendly realtors here. It takes a huge amount of time gathering information from them and then the return calls/emails etc. There are other hurdels too. The main thing is just not to give up and keep striving. To be in a situation like the one's you read on this site, ( making a deal work ) A person has to put themselves in that position. At first it may be a lot of hard work and disapointments, but keep at it. You will get a hit at some point in your endeavor. Go get'um If you want some details PM me and I'll be happy to fill you in.
