Ok, did a little "surfing" on the net and came across an old site I had used some years ago (similar to the foreclosure alert tool) Anyway, somehow I was signed up for the "1 week free trial" so I got connected to a rep for the site. This turns out to be a local rep (Real Estate Broker/Agent/Investor!)She is very savy,highly motivated and shares the same excitement and enthusiasm that Dean has for his "work". What a great "accidental" contact. (small effort-huge return)I am seeing how this can all come together for a person who truly believes that real estate investing is the way to go. I have to ping myself though that I have not signed up for the Real Estate Academy yet because I did not get a return call, but hey, my bad I know that there is always someone at the other end I can get in touch with if I make the effort and if it is that important. And this should be important-like life or death- serious as a heart attack important, if I am serious about some change in my life - (procrastination? fear?) Anyway,tomorrow is another day. I am so excited to be a prt of this! Thank you Dean! thank you guys/gals of DG.com! What a fun ride so far! Good things comming up in this new year, I can feel it!

Ok, I'm not sure if I just posted a blog or I really wanted to make that a journal entry. (the "novel" above). Anyway, I'm having a lot of fun with this stuff. This is the first time I have actually become involved with sometning like this (blogging and being part of a website)I hope you will have patience with me as I do learn quickly and don't want to screw this up.This is so much fun!

Just called the national Hotline number. Offices still closed. A nice long holiday schedule.I bet this place is a GREAT place to work! Left a message with my contact. Got all my "ducks" in order. Going to go back to doing what I can own my own ( reading book,studying cliff notes,research), until I can get ahold of my contact and get signed up for the Real Estate Academy.
