Hello D.G Family

I started purchasing Deans books,
not quite done yet, still reading &
reading as I read Im also building my
buyers & my sellers list, Lots of
research in my area or a bit of
homework if you will, tomorro I'll
be getting my signs up around the corners!
I've gotten some phone calls from agents
I hope everything goes well! It will be a
start,so until next time D.Gs I'll be back to

just drop my kids to school,an as I'm driving around I notice a for rent sign,got the number down so I called I said good morning, trying to over come the fear of what to say!I said,Hello Im aquiring about the for rent sign here at so & so,and they said oh thats only for colledge students so I said do you know of any other property thats for rent they said no, I said could I leave my e-mial, an if you come across properties could you give me a mail of any & they said no thanks!
The moral of this is that I called an found the courage,to talk an aquire information whoa what a hurdle that was I feel good, So the more I do & take action, I'll probably get better so until I post again more D.gs later!
