Day 1

Well today is yet another great step forward. I met a wonderful user here on DG. looking forward to meeting many more. the team is not yet fully filled. BUT i went to look at a duplex today. 1 unit is a 3br 1.5 b in rent able ready condition, the other is a 4br, 2 b in condemned condition. just less than 10 mins ago sent a letter of intent to the RE broker involved awaiting a response, dont expect to hear back until tomorrow. it is sunday for heaven sake. but i am going feet first, and loving it, momentum is building slow and steadily and dont expect that to slow down anytime soon, i also got a call from a master electrician this morning, that is two now that are fighting for position on the team, who know might take them both on for different areas, allowiing me to build seperate teams locally, well best of luck to they guys and girls out there like me just getting started and lets hear some of your stories ideas accomplishments and fails so we can all build together, and grow as a DG community
