Semi-Beginner here! I am starting to assemble a team,the team includes a broker, a RE agent, an architect, electrician, plumber, handyman... AS of yet we lack an attorney, lender, account, and contractor. But the team has only been assembled for two weeks , so hopefully within the next two weeks we can find our missing counter parts. maybe this site can help me. O and since we are talking about me, i am kind of a shy person, i dont mind talking to new people i can do it and do it i think well, but until this point i have not chose to strike up conversations. so that will all change.
