I'm starting out my real estate investment life. I've got no money to start with. Just a desire and passion to make it in the real estate business. What do I have to do? I've asked myself that a few times before and I just keep learning through reading and looking for houses, going to a real estate investor group and whatever else I can do. I haven't found any investor to work with and I think that's what I need most. I know that there are many ways to make things happen and it doesn't happen over night. Think outside of the box. Right? I'm doing that and I'm going but yet I'm not. My wheels are spinning but I'm not going anywhere. Action, action, action is my main objective. I want to move. Getty-up and go. I know I will make things happen in the real estate business. I JUST KNOW IT! I want that first notch in my belt. That first flip. If anyone can help me then that would be great for you and me. I would love to be able to give back someday when I have a whole bunch of notches in my belt. One step at a time. Right?
