Need advise and help

It is has been some time since i have written here. We have been very busy with diffrent stratagies and working things out. Currently trying to work a deal on some tax leans.
We are also trying to help my sister in law with trying to find her a new place to live. She is having some hardship right now and needs to immediatly sell her MH in Oakdale Mn ASAP. It is a 2 /2 livable needs work. She owes more on the MH then it is worth right now. She can no longer afford the Mortgage payments and the lot rental for this MH. Needs to sell ASAP. She put a for sale by owner out in front of her place yesterday in hopes some one will come by or call her. She is on a dead end so i dont think to many people will see the sign. County says it is worth about $20,000.00 she owes $28,000.00 on the property and the bank will not lower her payments. Property is in MH Park so there is a lot rental pretty high for MH park if you ask me. If there is anyone out there in MN that buys Manufactured homes.
