Day 1 ...Not really But for blogging it is ;)

I'm at the offering stage. I have looked at a few properties and since I have not done this before, I am a bit hesitant and not sure of which forms to use after I email my Realtor A LIST OF OFFERS....Ive seen REOs, Pre foreclosures, Foreclosures (on my own), etc. I am praying for this overwhelming-too much information-not enough information feeling to go away and be replaced by CLARITY! Why am I so scared? I read Profit..Now and feel like I am drawing a blank. Rosefield's post provided a little boost for me though. It says 'Actions are full time and offering is part time.' Ok so who else is at this stage??? Lets move forward together, there is money to be made! Any advice from our veterans is appreciated as well Eye-wink
PS...Let me mention I emailed my Realtor to tell him I was still reviewing the listings he sent, (that reminds me he hasnt sent me the buyers from the MLS yet) and that I plan to submit some offers either Mon or Tues...I am sure he wont let me slide just like I wont let him slide with the list of buyers...after all, I told him how to get to them #Humph

I'm also new to this, is something I've been dreaming of doing of doing but to scare to.
I have read Dean's book, follow his blog but couldn't bring myself to act. So I order Dean"s new book step by step on what to do and BINGO, I told myself I could do it !! I have to say the good Lord put me at the right time in the right place, a friend was talking about needing to by a house cash money and I told myself , IS NOW OR NEVER, started hunting for houses, contacted my agent and we are to meet tomorrow to go over the deal. I'm very nerves and still scare. I posted some information in my Blog. Hope we can keep in touch. You are doing great !!!! We can do this,
right !!!!

Oh, WOW!! SO tomorrow is your day. Dont be nervous (easier said, I know) but really. You have it made in the shade with your buyer right next to you. I'd like to hear about the house and the offer and the whole process tomorrow. I may have to change realtors or go it solo because this Realtor is not cooperating with me ...cant send me the buyers list, cant give me the lock box code...come-on maaan! LOL How'd you find your realtor? Praying all goes smoothly for you tomorrow Eye-wink
