I have a property that doesn't have any comps. The listing agent can't even come up with any. Listing had a $60,000 price drop on the 14th. Now listed at 329,000. Prop trend says it's worth $402,000. It's in a high end area but the properties are newer around it. It's on 1.32 acres part prefab part stick built with nice vinyl siding some upgrades inside. Thinking of $275,900 offer. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. I have an investor that would probably be interested. But I'm very nervous about this one.
