Day 9 and so much has changed in my life. I have been on the phone to two buyers. One is an REA and wholesale buyer, another is an investor looking for properties where I live. They are both go getters like myself and seem very serious. I have inadvertently found a potential new agent through my recent ghost ad. The other I found through asking a question on a website post, we spoke earlier today. He is seeking properties and gives 10k on assignments. Perfect!
I have set up viewings with my REA for tomorrow morning so that I can meet up with him and get a feel for properties on sale.
I can taste a deal! I really can.
Earlier, my hubby mentioned good friends of his in other states. One is a realtor who is looking to retire, the other is a contractor who will be able to look at properties where he lives. I really want to prove myself in my state first before I get in touch with them but I am excited that we have the opportunity to make the most of other markets with people we trust and know.
We actually had some not too lovely personal news last weekend, but I have not let it phase or stop me. I have continued on my quest to master this 30 day challenge. I have been relentless. My husband and everyone around is impressed at my calmness and resolve. My hubby is the only one who knows what I am doing with real estate investing. After taking on this challenge, it is clearer to me now more than ever that fear is nothing unless you make it something. My old mentality and "chutzpah" seems to have made a comeback! This in itself is a big deal for me.
Thank you Dean, the DG network and Napolean Hill!
Here's to success!
