I have a question. Where does the dg team get their comps that are on the real estate analysis section.Where it has Zillow estimate and it says our estimate. Is that the dg teams estimate. how did they come up with it? I know it's not that complicated but I want to do the comps right, to make sure I have a good fmv.

Getting Comps
I usually get my comps at www.totalviewrealestate.com
OR I tell the agent to do me a favor and pull up "SOLD HOMES" with 1/4 of the same size (# of baths and beds) and not more than 500ft of the subject property. HOPE THIS HELPS!!
