A Blue Sock Day

I knew when I got out of bed today it was a blue sock day. Confused? Let me explain.
A blue sock day happens when you get out of bed, your getting dressed, ready to put on your favorite wool socks when, even though they were laying next to you are suddenly gone. Now you may ask yourself, how does that happen? Good question! I first look at the beagle laying on the other side of me who loves socks, clean, dirty, he isn't picky, but no...he's laying there quietly snoring ( ever hear a beagle snore? It's
never quiet), so then you think.....are they magically stuck to me? (it's a static thing).
So you get up and check yourself in the mirror, turning, looking, no socks...then you start
patting yourself down feeling for any unusual lumps, because having blue socks fall out of your clothing at work would just be plain embarrassing, but no blue socks. Its just a mystery.

You go to work. Arriving a little early I decided I should probably read my horoscope, aren't all mysteries of the world answered there daily? It reads, and I am quoting,
"Focus more on the individual: you could see a problem emerge otherwise. Others want their voices heard, and each individual has his or her own tonality. Tonight: Where the fun is. Yeah, I like fun.

I'm thinking.....focus....problems....voices heard....fun tonight. Okay, so its going to be
a long day, and when I get to go home I will be extremely happy!

Focus, today I will get my work done quickly, I will go home early, because I'm skipping the voices heard and anymore problems, heading straight into the fun tonight... which is taking my dog for a ride and looking for new properties. Now that's fun!

Which brings me to this weeks update.

My husband and I put in three more offers on single family residences on Tuesday. Two have been declined and one realtor informed us she would hold it as a back up (thanks). We are still working on a short sale, so technically we have two offers out and currently nothing accepted. Tonight the beagle and I will hunt for the deals and tomorrow more offers!

Have a great weekend,

Paula

P.S. The beagles name is Snoopy and he is 6 years old.
Original, I know!
