...It's back to the drawing board for my real estate goals & dreams. I will not let life distract me, I will recognize when a distraction is close & I will not allow it to derail my real estate aspirations. I have a friend who's a real estate agent and she is very familiarized with contract assignments. She is encouraging me to proceed and I am encouraged by her positive reaction to my goals. She has cash buyers waiting for properties and wants to accompany me to look at the properties to help me determine the best offers to make...she is someone whom I've dealt with over the last four years & I've personally helped her with her children's finances, so I don't believe she would try to deal with me in an underhanded type of way. I will let y'all know how it goes! I pray for the continued success of all those here on this website. Be encouraged and of good cheer. The dreams & aspirations that God has placed in you would not be a possibility if He did not let you dream of them in the first place.
