Good morning, DG familia!! Here's what's been going on in my life that revolves around my dream to be successful in REI:

*My husband and I have established our own corporation (yay!!)

*We are searching for an investor friendly bank to open up the business accounts with. (We could use some guidance when picking a bank...any recommendations?)

*We have found a company that can help us with our self-directed IRA. (NEED TO HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT SET UP, FIRST)

*Purchased our domain name (www.bettybuyshomescash.com...still need to build a website, though)

*Ordered business cards with bird-dog referral info in the back from online check printers

*Set up partnership with local real estate agent

*found one end buyer...need to find a million more (lol...but seriously)

I find it no coincidence that I came across the DG Team last year, December. Everyday I witness miracles in my life. God knows that He has given me & my husband the desire & the vision to build a legacy for our family and for the generations to come. Everyday I witness a new door opening for me in REI, but I let the door to opportunity start to close! I don't know why I'm so scared of success! I am not going to be negative here, this is just me, being sincere with myself. I know this works and that this is a way for our family to build a fortune! I just need to remember all the good we will be able to do in our family, our community, & the little piece of the world we live in!

...It's back to the drawing board for my real estate goals & dreams. I will not let life distract me, I will recognize when a distraction is close & I will not allow it to derail my real estate aspirations. I have a friend who's a real estate agent and she is very familiarized with contract assignments. She is encouraging me to proceed and I am encouraged by her positive reaction to my goals. She has cash buyers waiting for properties and wants to accompany me to look at the properties to help me determine the best offers to make...she is someone whom I've dealt with over the last four years & I've personally helped her with her children's finances, so I don't believe she would try to deal with me in an underhanded type of way. I will let y'all know how it goes!

Wow! I never dreamed that by just communicating that my husband & I are real estate investor the deals would come to us so quickly, but it's happened!

I am so blessed to be here! This is my first journal entry! My name is Betty and I am a Real Estate Investor! Wow! It feels AWESOME to say that! Today is the !st day of my new life...I have been reading Dean's books like crazy and now it's time for me to take action. I don't just want to look "busy" with my RE investing, I want to submit my 1st offer. I'm going to be truthful...I'm scared...but I'm going to do it anyway! I know that this fear is imagined. What's the worst thing that can happen?...my offers are refused?..but you know what, at least I will face my fear and grab it by the horns! Best case scenario, I have my first deal locked & I do my first assignment! My Lord! If You are with me, who can be against me! NOOOOOOO-BODY!!!!!
