Hi Dean,
Life has me feeling like everytime I poke my head up out of the hole, I get zonked again.
That's emotion. But when I think of real estate, I know that is the path to follow. That's logic. So while I have not been active lately, I have not given up entirely. One only has to look around to see that real estate is every where. It always has been; always will be. Businesses and people come and go. But in that coming and going opportunities abound as the real estate linked with those businesses and people continue to change hands. Logic is that there is no other commodity on the planet with the on-going life span of real estate. From the Garden of Eden to our door steps, logic is Real Estate was then, and Real Estate is now, and Real Estate will be. Our frustration is making the right connections to become an active part of the process and enjoy the rewards of that process.
