I am currently building a buyers list I have a few and am in the process of talking with real estate agents that have to do with the houses I am looking for , for my buyers I have and what exactly they are looking for. I am practicing the calculation of the formula. Now its only a matter of time when my buyer grabs a good deal from me.I'm not gonna give up no matter how many challenges I have being a single Mom of 3 with no babysitter no help I can do it , it takes the confidence and strength and Dean is always encouraging me through his weekly wisdoms to keep on working at it everyday.
