I have been doing a lot of research and have found that, unfortunately, there are no REI clubs/groups in Staten Island.They have some in NY and the prices of homes are so high. I've decided to target my search and start of business in PA. I checked online and found a REI-Group called DIG. Has anyone heard of them? They seem to have a lot to offer.I will be driving out to PA tomorrow to visit the neighborhoods and get a feel for what's out there. I have a good feeling about it and am anxious to be up and running soon. I am grateful for all the invaluable info on the DG site. It has truly inspired me to move forward. Thank you, DG Family!

I am not familiar with the Club as I am in Tennessee, but I will say that a good REI club is awesome. We have one here and they have been so beneficial. I am still working towards my first deal but I really enjoy the club and the knowledge and experience it contains (as well as cash buyers!).

I just registered with 2 REI Clubs, 1 in New Jersey and 1 in PA. I am anxious to attend my 1st meetup. This will help me to meet other investors and gain the knowledge and experience needed to be successful. I,too,am working towards my 1st deal. Good Luck to you!!
