Debating

I'm still debating on what to say when I go in on Wednesday to meet the owner and the broker that want to meet me and bring me on their Team. I could really use a Broker as well as the Owner of the Investment Group to assist me in building my Power Team. those Ghost Ads are good for something.

First, when I had posted those Ghost Ads I had to ask Coach how to do it, I had no idea, it worked! Although I had no property to offer, however, I did get a response. I'll see where it takes me. Since, they've called me back twice and set up an appointment to meet with me, I hope all goes well.

That $20K does sound like a good Bird Dog deal, but it has to be a GREAT! deal their telling me. So far what I've learned with all of DG family strats, along with Matts described in detail info, I don't think I can lose with the stuff he used,,,,

I don't know if I should call the Agent and refresh the list or have her to resubmit another one. I don't know. The Coach thinks I should stick with the Success Academy first before going ahead, I thind I should at least be offering some deals in the meantime.

Does anyone think differently?
