I'm going to try the 25-1 strategy

Lately I've been beating myself up for not accomplishing my goal to at least have one deal under my belt by now. I feel that I'm missing something; "What is it" I ask myself?

I'll try the 25-1 strategy finally, now that I have (another) agent who us has owned 25 properties and flipped for many years, so he says, He sorted out my areas/criteria for me that I am investing in.

I have access to this Market Insider he connected me to, and it gives me All Characteristics and Demographics and so much more, I've watched THE EDGE 11 a few times over, maybe I can pick up some pointers.

I'll do right this time. My only question is. Do I make offers in one zip code at a time with my .7 offer, or do I sort out the zips? Can I make them offers on all of them and just give my offer and ML's numbers to my agent or sort then out.

I don't want to make a mistake and not get an offer and give up for another week until I feel better about making another offer.

I'll try ot sort out 5 at a time in one area. My agent's sending me foreclosures that arent listed yet so I have to figure out my own COMPS. Or, do I take his word? I'm with the success Academy but it is the weekend and I can't ask them until tomorrow what to do??? I haven't made it to the FORECLOSURE COURSE yet.
