I had no idea that a DGer that I had met only through building my buyer list would be the one coming to my rescue. To make a long story short. After an all weekend MNREIA Summit with Ron LeGrand, Robyn Thompson, and Eddie Speed, I'd come home after a long weekend and received emails stating that I was referred by one of my Agents that a gentleman needed me to assist him with Owner Financing.
Mind you, I had just left an all weekend event, learned all about different strategies, and thought I had it down to a science. Unbeknownst to me, I arrive home to find out that my agent referred me, yes, I told him that I could help people with creative financing that he comes across.
Got a message stating a motivated seller need me to assist him with Owner financing. Also my other agent needed some information on my offers that I had sent her. Two situations that I needed immediate advise on.
I have never done a deal before, I was NERVOUS, TWO potential deals coming at me at once. I called every DGer from the Summit asking what to do. We all had our own theory. Everyone came up with Nate. Nate didn't attend that event but was at an early event in the week.
That's when I finally had met Nate Armstrong 1 of my (BUYERS) for the first time, Rina, Tonia, and Dave D. All DGer's. I called Nate and he walked me through the coastal funding part with my agent Ashley. I find out today on that matter, if my offer was excepted.
(I was afraid that I was going to have to put property in my name and, then what? Own a property and not know what to do with it? lol.. I have a robust list of buyers. (Still nervous).
Nate calmed my nerves, told me what to look for, questions to ask, and he even told me to call him back with any other concerns with the Owner Financing situation. How cool is he? PMI's not opened on weekends, Nate To The Resue!
I should find out within the week how both situations will turn out. Again, Thanks Nate.
