I am really down on the bottom this time. I lost my license to an unpaid traffic ticket to the tune of about $800 so now I am down to a Bicycle. to get around to prospecting for deals. It kind of goes like this on my days off or when I get a chance. I am still Using Deans "30 Day's..." book as a blue print I do not need a car to surf the net looking for investors... so this I do when I can and for filling my deals bucket I get out and around my neighborhood equipped with a camera and a note book searching vacant homes. I am looking to fill my bucket up with about 100 Properties and research that down to 50 good property deals and then post 25 of them to hopefully get 2-3 deals. As soon as I can figure a way to make and post Bandit Signs on my Limited budget I plan to post 25 signs in a 25 mile radius. I am thinking to make these initial signs out of Cardboard Painted Yellow with black lettering (Tastefully done and as weather proof as possible). After the first deal I plan to get my license out of Hock then upgrade my methods of filling the buckets using the same methods out lined in Deans book. I plan to mostly Bird dog at 1st setting a mark of 2-3 deals per month at $1000 - $2000 per deal.
