New to DG need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please if anyone can help me. I am trying to put together a cash buyers list. It seems like im running into wall after wall. I have done alot of marketing with no results. Should i pay for software to find cash buyers or does anyone know of any free sites i can use. Please help i need a list of cash buyers before i put offers on properties in my area.

I think putting up bandit signs, as well as going to your local rei club will help a great deal. I don't think you need any software.

Also remember that your Mouth is your office, so keep it open when it comes to letting everyone know that your do real estate! Best wishes!!

I'm new too, just filled mine out. Go to My account and then User Profile.

Then go to user Profile I believe. Is says about me. This is where you want to put your bio, as the one that actually says bio does not seem to put info on your page.

I went to a auction today. I seen another $300,000 home go for $41,050.00. It seems crazy to me not to have a cash buyers list. What a wonderful home. 4176sqft 4 good size bedrooms 4 baths 2nd kitchen.
