Cash to Invest.

I have cash to invest in wholesale properties that make sense. I would like to wholesale some and keep some. Does anyone have any duplexes? I am in Southern CA?

There were many areas with lower unemployment rates, average sales prices, good rents, much much lower tax rates and as little as 21 days on the market. I can't figure out why that would be the most desirable area????

I live in Las Vegas and invest here, but it's a little slim the past few months. I also invest in Ohio.
