So I'm wanting to get into the real estate market and don't know where to start. I don't have the capital to just go and buy a property, even at a steal. Literally no money. I have been doing research and reading up on these forums. It seems to me that wholesaling would be a great way to get started. Using other people's money to make my own money, sounds great. However, I'm stumped. I know I need to find cash buyers before I get a property on contract. But how in the world do I find these cash buyers? And where do I find the properties to wholesale? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

We went to our local investors meeting that we found.
That has helped us find some. You can also run some ads on Craiglist asking for RE Investors.
