Property locators

On June 7th I register for the Dean Insider Elite. I amazed by helpful information which I got such life coaching, daily wisdom, etc. Carol had a chat on FINDING PROPERTY LOCATORS and took down some vital information.

I took action and started posting COULD YOU AN EXTRA $500 EACH MONTH? on different facebook pages and I had people emailing me from everywhere. I found a good property locator who lives in Wingate, NC. I told him all I need is the address and phone number of the seller from www.fsbo.com and if I buy and close on it I will give him $500.

Before I even knew it, he started emailing me the next day of different addresses and phone numbers of FSBOs.

Right now I have a potential deal which my property locator got for me on 08/12. I wasn't able reach the owner on the phone when I called him but luckily I was able to get his personal assistant on the phone. He told me that the owner is currently on a vacation to Dominican Republic. I got his email and I will send him the contract today.. ASKING PRICE $187,500. The market Value is $150,943. i'm going to use the 25:1 strategy on this potential deal.

Unfortnately I had to cancel my IE account because I couldn't afford to pay for the monthly fee. I still grateful to you DEAN and the entire DG family for giving the opportunity. I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL!!
