Closing a deall!!

Hello, My name is Tofu. I've just help a customer qualify for "first time homebuyer program". Im not sure how this will benefit me. Im working with an agent and he suggested me to give him my client so he could work with her in getting a home. But, I've dont all the work. Because its "hard-money" and 0 down payment. How will I get anything from closing cost? Any advice or suggestions?

Tofu, you must have a contract with the potential buyer as a go between the Buyer and Seller. Without a written agreement you have no way to gaurantee a fee for doing all the work. If everyone was honest we wouldn't need contracts, but that's not the case currently. You need a contract signed.

Thank you for responding back. Would there be Contract Sample online that I could use?
