Homes to buy, June 14, 2013

My husband Joe and myself have found so many homes that are abandoned, forclosed and for sale by owner. We have most of our team in place as of this month, June. We have looked at so many homes with our realtor, and we are putting in a few offers today. I am still a bit fearful, not Joe, he said we just have to do it. He has a great outlook on everything. I guess today will tell the true story. I remember at our class we took, Jim Anderson said, if your offer is not low enough to enbarace you than you need to go a bit lower.
I am also looking at forclosures, one problem I am missing something, can't figure out what it is. But the realtor keeps saying that forclosures have to be on the MLS for 15 days before an investor can put in an offer. I know there is another way. I just need to find it. I don't know if I am just missing it, with all the reading, or i am overwhelmed with info that I can't remember. I will figure it out with a little help from our new DG family. So where do I find these instructions?
