When Finding A Realtor

In Dean's latest book, he talks about finding a Realtor. He says for us to call Real Estate offices and ask or there any Agents there that works with Investors. My question is, will those Real Estate offices have a problem with Investors calling their employees offering them work? If so , how do you overcome that?

What role does the Realtor play in the wholesaling process since I(Investor) will be playing the Middle Man between the buyer and seller?

Hey how are you Waide. Well

Hey how are you Waide. Well they Don't know that you're "The middle man". You're just simply calling seeing if their is a real estate agent that specifically works with investors. That's making them/Company money. How far are you in the book now?

Doing Fine, Thanks!

So the Manager/Owner of the RE company want have a problem with me calling their company talking to their Agents about working with me? I've finished the book, but I still don't feel like I know enough to call and talk to "real estate professionals". I feel that I need mentoring/coaching. But until I can afford that (Success Academy), I guess the only way to overcome my fears is to just get out there and just do it huh? So the Real Estate Agent is 1st thing so that they can retrieve a list of recent Cash Buyers in the area huh? Since Wholesaling will be my initial strategy due to Lack Of Funds.

Thanks in advance for response.
