Pluggin' Along in the RBBP

Well, we put out "ghost ad: bandit signs in our local area. Got 2 inquiries from home buyers. No investor calls. I have gotten a few more buyers from craigslist but that too has fizzled. The investors I got from Craigslist are not in our local area but in a 30 mile radius of our home. Right now the investors are dictating where we need to look for properties.

What happens if you get an offer accepted but can't find a buyer for that offer? How do you back out of that deal if you don't have the money to buy the property?

Also, do we look at each and every property we make an offer on?

How do you buy site unseen? Especially out of state?

When bird dogging do we make the offer and hand off? and when handing off the deal, how can you ask for a fee before handing off? what if buyer doesn't buy?

Moving right along in the 30 days to RE Cash

Got my letters ready to send to the cash sold buyers. Creating database for these potential buyers. Buying business cards and printing myself. Will be handing out to everyone I know. Feelin good about this. I CAN do this!
