Pluggin' Along in the RBBP

Well, we put out "ghost ad: bandit signs in our local area. Got 2 inquiries from home buyers. No investor calls. I have gotten a few more buyers from craigslist but that too has fizzled. The investors I got from Craigslist are not in our local area but in a 30 mile radius of our home. Right now the investors are dictating where we need to look for properties.
We have 3 cash investors,all looking in different areas. So we need to get a lot of signs to canvas the 3 areas that these buyers want to buy in. We set out signs today in one area. We plan on picking them up in 2 or 3 days and setting them up in another area for another buyer. I'm hoping this is what we are suppose to be doing. We started to make a schedule for the days of the week. Days to market, days to look at properties etc. until we get going and that schedule doesn't work for us anymore. Until then, that is how we are keeping on track.

I need help

I am unemployed for a year now, I can hardly pay my bills, I recieved the Gain the Edge 10 kit and I am expected to start paying for it in 21 days. How can I start with NO MONEY DOWN? I have been watching the presentations and I found a realtor who is willing to work with me, but I have no money at all, no savings or cash to invest. What can I do? Can someone please help me? There are houses in my area and I am ready to work.

Assigning a contract. Or Bird dogging. You do not have to have any money to bird dog. Find a house, find a buyer whose criteria is met by that property and intoduce the two. you charge a fee to the buyer for finding the property. Look for other threads about dird dogging.
