because of the recent passing of my Dad,I acquired one third of the family property. My original plan was to see if I could pay off my sisters' two thirds and take over the house. there is no mortgage on the property and my income will not make any lender give me a loan on the property. It is presently assessed for 107,00 and thats approximately 70,000.When it comes to money, family doesn't play fair.
